One of the most anticipated releases of the Jordan Silver Anniversary Series is about to drop. The Air Jordan 11 Retro comes in a beautiful all white colorway, with the usual mixed material upper and patent leather accents. The official release date is set for May 1st.
This time we see a model with a black upper that has a leather toe and heel with an embossed medial quarter panel. The geometric design is done in black on the sides while the tongue hosts the design in white. The outsole is also done in black for a very interesting 3 way tonal effect. A white heel tab finishes this on off lovely.
Not new in the collaboration game and especially not concerning G-Shock, Bape presents their new DW-6900 for Summer 2010. The watch comes in an all purple colorway this season and is now available at Bape Store.
The tan suede toe and heel just really jump off that white leather that its set against. The red swoosh is a great accent to this very clean design and this shoe is set to be one of our favorites of the year.
The homage to Bo Jackson’s baseball career simply looks stunning in its supple brown upper and golden stitching and it also packs a mean technological punch. Visible air sole and fly wire makes this rugged shoe comfortable as well as stylish. These are truly a thing of splendor and we can’t imagine anybody being unhappy with them. Artist Eric Bailey, known for his work with the likes of DGK, Converse and Nike, has now teamed with adidas on the Centennial Mid. The sneakers features a tonal gray upper with Bailey’s “Wood Rich” artwork across the side panel and tongue as well as on the insole.
The simple silhouette hosts the 3 strap lacing system which may turn a few of you off but for those of you who are into that kinda thing these are perfect in their all white leather construction. Simple and plain, right to the point these are perfect for cutting to the chase. These are so clean that you can't be reckless step'n in them.
The Nike Air 180 seems to be a low key summertime staple. It’s never a big to do with the releases but they always fall onto shelves in sharp color ways and get a warm reception. Such is the life of an Air Max.
This time around the shoe is given a white/aqua/orange upper that translates to being just as breezy as the shorts you would wear them with. The breathable upper is dotted by an aqua swoosh and backed up by orange accents on the heel and midsole.
Two of Nike’s most popular lifestyle hi-tops – the RT1 and Auto Flight Hi – are seen here in heavy duty nylon make ups. The color teal makes a strong showing. Look for these at select Nike accounts.
The Air Jordan 9 (IX) is slated to make a comeback this year, and will release in never before seen colorways, just like the one here. Shown here are detailed pictures of a pair which host a predominantly white leather upper, along with white patent leather at the base, as well as the ankle area. What gives these shoes depth are the dark green and citrus yellow details, which are visible in the forms of contrast stitching, shoe laces, and logos. It is rumored that only 2,000 pairs will release, but Marquee Sole has several sizes available now.
The Nike Lunarglide is possibly one of the best looking shoes in the high-tech running shoe category. It features an innovative mid-sole architecture called Dynamic Support, a patent-pending system that adapts to a runner’s gait with each step, providing superior cushioning and as-needed stability. The integration of Flywire threads into the upper design of shoes from a variety of sports including running, basketball and tennis, has allowed Nike designers to shed unprecedented amounts of weight without losing necessary support.
This pair of Sweet Classic High’s is done in a patterned canvas that gives respect to the USA in a pretty elegant way. The tonality and pearl paint job really does alot to dress this one up and the white outsole makes it all that much cleaner and the black tag on the tongue is a really nice touch to finish the whole thing off.
