Nike Air Trainer SC II – Metallic Dark Grey

The Nike Air Trainer SC II has been on a tear of late, the OG colorways released along with a Total Orange-accented edition that could have just as easily been a 1990 original. The reason these three were met with such a warm reception is that they evoke images of a particular time in history, but the design is so perfect that you’re left with a timeless product. Perhaps that’s even more true of this new tonal grey release, a colorway that’s sufficiently versatile to anchor your everyday rotation, and one that could very easily be given a shot of extra life via fifty-four inches of vibrant swapped laces. Look more closely at the Metallic Dark Grey, Anthracite and black Air Trainer SC IIs after the jump and then grab yours from a NSW distributor like Premier.

Nike LeBron 9 GS ‘Laser Pink’

Here’s a look at a potential (but likely) kids-only colorway of the Nike LeBron 9 in Laser Pink and Black; it features the vivid femme-friendly colorway paired with a Black upper and White accents on hte swoosh, midsole, and LeBron James insignia on the tongue. Although the introduction of the LeBron 9 to Nike iD will allow for plenty of custom colorways, this hot pink colorway is not an option. If it were, a LeBron 9 ‘South Beach’ could be easily made! In any case, Nike Basketball comes through once again with a Girls-only colorway of the LeBron, following the LeBron 8 V/2 Black/Pink that dropped earlier this year. More images of the Nike LeBron 9 GS ‘Laser Pink’ await you below, so take a look and head to Finishline to get yours.

Supra Skytop ‘Camouflage’

If you see these and feel like they’re the first camouflaged Supra Skytops ever released . . . how can we put this nicely? Well, we still love you, but you’re wrong. Don’t take it too hard, though, because the first and only other camo Skytops were released all the way back in January of 2008 when Supra and their groundbreaking aesthetics were barely a blip on the sneaker scene’s radar. And as for detecting things in the nearby surroundings, these classically styled four-tone camo canvas hightops are sure not to blend in, especially if you can find a way to make that blaze orange tongue lining show through. Click through for a list of the select few Supra retailers who’ll have a portion of the 413-pair limited run and let us know how these rank among the autumn’s best seasonal looks.

The SUPRA Camouflage Skytop is available October 29th at the following retailers and directly from suprafootwear.com

AUSTRALIA – Highs and Lows, Perth

Supra Society Mid ‘Full Grain’

Supra has been on fire with their three or two shoe packs as of late but for their latest they chose to go with a single model. This drop finds the Supra Society Mid done with a full grain leather upper done in all Black and looking as supple as ever. It’s almost shameful to think that these were made to skate and be torn up in the process but for those of you who are looking for a skate shoe these are definitely fit for the job.

Nike Air Max Griffey Fury – Royal – Volt

Nike is treating the Ken Griffey Jr. signature line much like it is the Nike Air Penny line. Both players, who are highly regarded in their respective sports, still maintain a cult following years after their prime seasons. The Air Penny line has been mashed up to produce some notable hybrids like the Air 1/2 Cent and Zoom Rookie LWP, but the Griffey line has yet to see a multi-signature hybrid shoe (but stay tuned for 2012). Shoes like the Air Max Griffey Fury is a mere reconstruction of the Air Diamond Fury, with the re-make featuring a Hyperfuse-laden upper with a 360 Max Air unit with a silhouette similar to the Air Max JR. This upcoming Royal/Volt/White colorway (we’ll refer to it as the ‘Sprite’) is set for a Spring 2012 release.

Nike’s Air Max 95 continues to not get old by cutting across the clutter in colorways like this. The sneaker is found with a Fall friendly blend of browns along its gradient upper that includes Khaki, Grain and Velvet Brown. Nubuck and mesh give this hard to soil colorway a really nice texture and if you want a pair they are on shelves now at select retailers such as Cool Js Miami on 20th street.

Air Jordan XIV – White – Red | 2012 Retro

Michael Jordan's last shot with the Bulls came in the Black/Red Air Jordan XIV in '98, but his legacy has remained strong and sturdy for generations thereafter. This White/Red OG colorway of the XIV was never actually worn by Michael, but the Air Jordan XIV is widely considered to be part of the 'Championship Bulls-era' of Air Jordans, even though Michael wore them for just 1.5 games. Following the December 2011 release of the Last Shot XIV is the 2012 re-release of the White/Red 'Bulls' colorway, which last released in 2005 alongside a slew of new and old XIVs.

Those looking to grab a pair of the 3-Stripe less sneaker, can head over to the UNDFTD’s webstore. Pricing is set at $160.

Hanon x Asics Gel Lyte III – Release Date

When Sneaker News showed you the first images of this new collaboration back in July, word was that we could expect them at retail during the first half of 2012. That's a long time to wait for any sneaker not titled 'Air Jordan Retro' or 'Nike Mag', so luckily, it turns out this new Hanon x Asics Gel Lyte III is headed out to store shelves rather soon. And the timing feels right for a shoe whose colorway could just as easily represent falling autumn leaves as the torch they preport to represent, this Gel Lyte III 'Wildcats' release much closer to Arizona State's Sun Devils than the Arizona Wildcats. Check them out in a fairly extensive series of detailed images after the jump and watch for these to release on October 28th. - via sneakernews.com
