Barcelona boutique 24 Kilates continues to celebrate their 5th birthday with some interesting collaborations. Just recently we showed you their work with Asics and with New Balance. Here is now a look at their “Friends and Family” G-Shock DW-6900. Limited to only 24 pieces, the watch will most likely not go on sale.
G-Shock keeps on dropping solid styles this season, with new ones coming for June 2010. The most exciting in the line-up is for sure the new carbon fiber style, coming with more robust body and parts, as well as solar charging functionality.
Not new in the collaboration game and especially not concerning G-Shock, Bape presents their new DW-6900 for Summer 2010. The watch comes in an all purple colorway this season and is now available at Bape Store.
Here’s a couple beauty shots of the fourth collaboration between Hawaii’s In4mation and the omnipresent G-Shock. From the press release:
Irreverently clad in sleek gray with yellow and red accents, the GLX6900X-2 remains rooted in In4mation’s surf heritage. Harmonizing with the surfer lifestyle, the G-Shock In4mation chronograph features 200M water resistance, low temperature resistance, tide graph and moon data graph for the ultimate in tracking high and low tides. Even the EL Backlight reflects In4mation’s legacy with a red shaka sign, the definitive symbol of aloha and Hawaiian culture.

This sleek limited edition digital watch features the In4mation logo on the band and custom engraved on the case back. Complete with the high gloss finish, the G-Shock x In4mation watch also features Full Auto EL Backlight with afterglow, Flash Alert, Flashes with buzzer, 48-City World Time, 4 Multi-Function Alarms and 1 Snooze, Countdown Timer, 1/100th Sec Stopwatch and 12/24Hr. Formats. Available for $110 at Bloomingdales, Nordstrom, Macys, Fashion boutiques and www.gshock.com.
