Swizz has been on top of his game as the Global Creative Director of Reebok. In our interview, Swizz mentioned that he has already finished the capsules for 2012. Well it looks like bits and pieces of these are starting to leak out with the three colorways seen here being the first bits. For the first two, Swizz has gone with brighter tones like turquoise, fire-red, and bright blue, while the third pair is a little more reserved with an olive and evergreen color-up. - Via kicksonfire.com
In an interesting announcement, Tokyo designer Verbal, best known for his brand Ambush and musical involvements, has been named creative director of Reebok Classics Asia. He joins global creative director Swizz Beatz, who has already started in his new role and released the Kamikaze sneaker as part of the project. The results of Verbal’s involvement should be interesting.
The sneaker releases today to select retailers with a matching T shirt and Snapback hat in two colorways. Both Grey / Sonic Green and Black / Orange will be available at a few stores that you can find listed below. If you have a store in your area keep in mind that these are very limited.
