In honor of the late Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s birthday this month (January 15), Supra is releasing a Vaider with an all black, Raptor TUF upper with gold trim, and a gold crown appliqué. The MLK Vaider is available now at Supra retailers worldwide.

Supra ‘NYC’ Vaider

Here's a look at the new Supra ‘New York’ Vaider, which celebrates yet another Supra flagship store opening. The NYC Vaider features a grey satin TUF upper, “NYC” embroidered in black on the collar, a black vulcanized toe bumper, a checkered sock liner, a yellow and black sole, and comes with a custom skyscraper hang tag.

Limited to 100 pairs, the sneaker celebrates the opening of the new New York City store and will release on the opening day, July 16th, 2011.

Supra ‘Puerto Rican Day Parade’ Vaider

Sunday, June 12 is is National Puerto Rican Day in the United States. “In the Bronx they have a big parade and Puerto Ricans take to the streets and get all Puerto Rican and stuff. It’s loud. It’s in Spanish. It’s crazy. In short, it’s Puerto Rican.” Supra is helping to celebrate with a limited edition Vaider shoe in the colors of the Puerto Rican flag. We like the speckled midsole. Nice touch.

For Summer 2011 Supra presents the Rasta Pack. The Vaider and Vaider Low come with Hemp uppers, on gum rubber outer soles and of course the iconic three-color rasta branding. Look out for a release soon.
