Air Jordan 7 "Bad 25" by Van Monroe for Spike Lee

Rock'n his custom 1 of 1 "Bad 25" to the Michael Jackson documentary premier at the Toronto International Film Festival, Spike Lee wore a custom pair of Air Jordan 7s courtesy of Van Monroe. The kicks commemorates the Bad album artwork with a black, red and white color lay out, MJ graphics and song titles painted throughout the upper. The official documentary logo also appears on the lateral forefoot.

This is about the only part of the culture that i'm still vibe'n. The creativity and artistic talent of these new custom kicks now a days is amazing. This is a dope example of using your imagination.

Nike Dunk High ‘Let’s Play 2′ Customs By Diversitile

The Child’s Play movie saga has played out in five volumes, gaining a cult following for the murderous Good Guys doll since the series first began in 1988, and believe it or not, a re-make of the original is in the works for the near future. The high demand for Chucky’s antics has led to sneaker customizer releasing another version of his popular ‘Child’s Play’ customs, putting forth a slightly altered version to commemorate a sequel; the ‘Let’s Play 2′ Customs features an orange outsole and interior (the first version was red), with two knives detailed on the outer toe-box (the first one has just one). These are up for sale on the Diversitile online store and should go fast as they are very limited in number and wildly popular, so check out the Nike Dunk High ‘Let’s Play 2′ below and let us know what you think (batteries not included).

Air Jordan VI ‘Air Yeezy Net’ Customs

There’s no question that these ‘Air Yeezy Net‘ customs would’ve cracked that exclusive list, because this pair of custom sneakers, completed by Mike Nameus, cuts no corners and seamlessly welds two completely different shoes into one unique pair of neckbreakers. Starting with the Air Jordan VI ‘Oreo’ as the base, Mike repainted the entire upper to match the ‘Net’ colorway, using a woodburning tool to carve in the ‘Y’ detailing at the toe-box. What sets this customs on a higher level is the glow-in-the-dark treatment given to the translucent outsoles for the complete Air Yeezy appeal.

Air Jordan 6 “9-11 Porsche” By C2 Customs

Pretty dope – Releasing in 1991 Hatfield’s VI design was created based on the look of the Porsche 911, one of Michael Jordan’s cars at that time. The most telling piece of the shoe became the pronounced, black and red plastic heel tab on the VI that was created in the essence of the 911′s over sized spoiler. AF1 "LIFESTYLES" CUSTOMS PART 2

The art of confusion can only be mastered by few. Now the art of confusion and customs has been mastered by one. Earlier in the week i posted part 1 of the "LIFESTYLES" AF1 customs being done by Miami artist Alexander "Customz" Perez and today we have the finished product. Customz loosened up the strait jacket and put away the meat cleavers and decided to splash NewYork City all over these AF1's. Filled with tributes to NY, porn and dope street art, customz manages to tie it all together as only he can. The custom box gives me flashbacks of 80's NewYork graffiti and these kicks in the swag of Jay "this here is a one of one, that means none before it and none to come". Enjoy the pics below.
