Nike WMNS Air Feather High Premium

These two special colorways definitely give off a feminine vibe with their shimmering uppers. Metallic Gold and Metallic Silver both make a statement on the uppers of these sneakers with a leather base and a textured paneling along the toe and side. The shoes both feature black linings and a white sole to complete the look. These may not release stateside but if they do we will keep you posted.

Nooka x Sponge Bob Watches

Nooka has teamed up with Nickelodeon and artist Dalek to create a second series of Sponge Bob watches. The collection will include two Zub Zot 38mm watches with graphics and colors inspired by Spongebob and Patrick Star. 50 of these limited edition watches will be pre-released in December 2010 at nooka.com, while the remaining pieces won’t be available until February 2011.

Nike Women’s Premium Print Pack

Over the years Nike has released lots of limited edition sneakers, collaborations and more specials. In all of these you do not find a lot of interesting women’s releases. That is about to change. For Spring 2011 the Swoosh presents the Premium Print Pack.

“The minimalist and classic design aesthetic does the talking, but it’s the recycled magazines that help tell the story for this Nike Sportswear Women’s Premium Print Pack. The Nike Flash Macro Premium (sail/birch), Nike Blazer Mid Premium (sail/khaki) and Nike Air Rift Premium (sail/sport red) all feature recycled magazines that have been stitched together to create a one-of-a-kind pattern on each shoe.

Function was not compromised with this project. The surface has been treated with a transparent material for resistance and durability. Each shoe in the pack will be sold separately and debut in limited quantities within the Nike Sportswear Spring 2011 collection beginning January 1 in Europe, China and select emerging markets.”

The shoe is constructed of a Spark nylon upper with Black accents in tow. The new photo spread really gives you an up close look at the construction and also the materials used. From the black embroidery to the meshed swoosh these are really a great looking pair of sneakers.

Hectic x Mita Sneakers x New Balance MT580 BKX 10th Anniversary

Hectic continues to celebrate its 10th anniversary with a series of New Balance sneakers in collaboration with Mita Sneakers. The latest one, the MT580 BKX, comes with a black/wood grain upper, hint of tan leather and a nice toe cap structure. Furthermore it features just like the previous 10th anniversary releases this year a sneaker all-over print on the insole.

After previously coming in more classic black and brown colorways, the Jordan Winterized 6 Rings is coming for early Spring 2011 in a more refreshing mix of cool grey with chlorine blue and subtle pink accents. Look out for a release January 2011.

The Jordan 6-17-23 just so happens to be one of those hybrid models that are beleaguered by the typical set of problems that hybrid models face. This time around however the shoe receives an Aqua makeover that certainly works well in its favor. The black patent leather, nubuck and mesh upper finds itself playing the base to Concord and Orion Blue while Dark Grey peppers the design a bit.
