My beef with Jordan brand Air Jordan 3

As the years go by and we see Hot releases from the Jordan brand you have to question if they are running out of ideas. The future seems to be filled with more Retros which for the new comers that's great but for the OG's it like "been there done that". The rest of the year releases read like a 90's sneaker Catalog.

I tend to get into heated debates with "sneaker heads" who only have a collection of Jordans which would rightfully make them "Jordan heads" about these retro releases. The material on most of the retros have been down graded. The leathers and textures of old are definitely not on the new. Prime example would be the "Nubuck" Air Jordan 3's. That's like bringing back MJ on the Lakers. They took the formula of the classic elephant print and leather and totally screwed it up with this nubuck downgrade. Visually its a nice shoe to look at from a distance but it is by far not impressive.
